Rubén Cambra, known artistically as RUK, is a visual artist and muralist based in Valencia, Spain. His work emerges from the intersection of nature, technology and futuristic imagery, creating a distinctive visual universe that combines urban art, painting, illustration and design.

Influenced by cyberpunk aesthetics, science fiction and dystopian landscapes, RUK creates characters, organic forms and technological elements that coexist within visually striking compositions. His work is characterised by defined lines, strong colour contrasts and a narrative approach that transforms everyday spaces into environments with their own identity.

His practice ranges from large-scale murals and urban art projects to canvas painting and digital illustration, adapting his visual language to different scales, media and contexts. Throughout his career, he has participated in festivals, cultural projects and collaborations with artists, brands and professionals from different creative disciplines.

Among his notable mural projects are RESONANCIA and MIRALL, both recognised among the Top 10 murals in the world in 2025, as well as interventions created for festivals and public spaces such as Festlloc in Benlloc.

His work also extends into the audiovisual field, including his involvement in film projects such as Norberto, a film associated with Disney and nominated for the 2026 Goya Awards.

Beyond any specific technique or medium, RUK approaches each project as an opportunity to create worlds, transform spaces and connect the physical with the imaginary. His aim is to develop a recognisable visual identity and bring it into places where art can become part of the environment and the experience of those who inhabit it.

RUK Studio is the creative platform through which he develops this multidisciplinary practice across art, murals, painting and visual media.
